Embark on a journey of discovery with the groundbreaking collaboration between Roka London and the prestigious Natural History Museum, London.

Whether you're navigating the great outdoors for scientific endeavours or conquering your daily commute, the Waterhouse Field Bag, equipped with multiple functional pockets, stands ready to protect your tools from the elements. Boasting three convenient front zip pockets and spacious interior storage, it's the ultimate gear for every adventure that beckons.

Named after architect Alfred Waterhouse, creator of the iconic South Kensington building, this backpack seamlessly blends history with innovation. Incorporating both the Natural History Museum’s vision of a sustainable future and ROKA London’s emphasis on recyclable materials, the backpack’s main waterproof canvas material is made from recycled plastic material (rPET). Sourced from post-consumer plastic such as plastic bottles, this collection is breathing new life into a material that is not biodegradable

Each medium bag is 40cm x 30cm x 12cm. Capacity is 14.39 litres.

      What’s what?

Roka take pride in their brand and our products. Here’s a look at what this bag is truly made of.

      • Outer material: weather-resistant matt recycled poly/canvas (triple coated)
      • Base material: weather resistant canvas (triple coated)
      • Lining material: matte nylon
      • Hardware: galvanised, smoked, branded metal.
      • Straps: cotton webbing

      All Roka products are vegan.

      Details, details, details.

Inside each Roka bag is a lightly padded laptop pocket, a small personal pocket, and padding to add comfort to the back when carried.

      Take care

While Roka bags are washable, usually a simple wet sponge does the job. The materials used are designed to be durable and weather resistant. And the straps will become softer and more comfortable with each use.
