Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with them, you may return goods to Siop Ria within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Siop Ria must be contacted by telephone within 7 days of receipt if you intend to return any goods. Unfortunately, the original delivery charge cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless you received them in error, or they are faulty. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep your tracking reference number safe.

We cannot exchange or refund any item that has been misused in any way. Goods should be returned in their original packing and care should be taken to ensure they are not damaged in any way.

Delivery Information

We will advise you by email if we are unable to complete your order. If any item is unavailable we will ship those products that are available and then ship the remaining products later. The postage cost of the second shipment will not be charged.

We do not process charges for goods that are not ready for dispatch. If an order is received before 12 pm Siop Ria will endeavor to dispatch the goods the same day. Times may be extended during busy periods.

Orders up to the value of £100 carry a £4.00 delivery charge. Orders over £100 are delivered free.

Depending on the volume and weight of the order, it will be sent by post or parcel service. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

The status of your order will be advised to you via email when it changes. You will receive an email with a reference number and a link to track the status of your order online.

Most goods will be sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods. For this reason, you can choose an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace. We cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses and all addresses must include the postcode. If you see any damage to the packaging, make a note on the courier’s delivery papers and advise us as soon as possible. In all cases, unless you have the opportunity to open the parcel and inspect the goods for any shipping damage before the courier has left, it is advisable to sign "not inspected".

Overseas orders.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders from outside the United Kingdom at this time.

Prices

SiopRia makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information are as accurate as possible. Prices and product availability may be changed without notice.

Products

While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Colours may vary slightly and slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens.

In order to illustrate the products to you, some products are shown larger than actual size. Actual sizes are given in the product information. All measurements quoted are approximate. Please check that the items are suitable for you before you place an order.

Availability

All items shown on our website are in stock and shipped from the shop. On occasion due to an administrative error or unsuitable quality when the product is picked for your order, we may not be able to supply the item.

We will inform you as soon as possible by email if we are unable to complete your order. If your order has multiple items and one or more items are unavailable we will ship those products that are available and then ship the remaining products later. The postage cost of the second shipment will not be charged.

Payment

All online payments are conducted through Google Checkout secure servers.

There will be no contractual obligation between you and SiopRia for the supply of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit card debited. Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the British courts.

Security

Our website is secure. Credit card details are not stored online. We use secure SSL encryption systems for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to remember details such as your name and address. This saves returning customers time on subsequent visits.Credit Card details are NOT stored online.

Access to our web site

We always do our best to ensure that availability of the web site is uninterrupted and that transmissions are error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Access to the web site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Your conduct

You must not use the web site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the web site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us. You must use the web site for lawful purposes only.

We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
